I want to know some of the Pro's and Con's of dam raising. This is what i found after my first dam kidded last year: (note you may have does not like this and is what i say i just thought this is some-thing we should talk about.) Pro's: You don't have to milk a doe or feed kids. you can get away for a day or tow if you are dam raising. You don't have to worry about over feeding or underfeeding. Kids Dam raised are friendly and not at your feet like a bottle raised kid. the kids are more easy to train and work with con's : Kids pick up haits from there dams. kids are some times wild if their dam is not so friendly. kids bottle raised are claimer and easyer to dissbud, tatto ,etc. thats what i think add what you think. i think we should have alot of good and bad Con's and Pro's!
