Randall, it'a a good idea to give the CD/T shot 30 days after they are born. Usually what I do is wait from the date that the last kid is born and then give everyone their shots...this of course means that some kids will be older than others and works for me since I am vaccinating alot of goats at one time. Since the CD/T vaccine shoul dbe given at least yearly to every goat, it makes it alot easier to do them all at once rather than a few at a time and relying on good notes to who received their shot and who didn't. As far as worming...I usually wait 60 days after they are born. Knowing that we don't have worm problems as bad as some areas, this works for my goats...may not work for other areas.
