We have a young doeling with diarreha, wormered her with ivermectin last week. We have lost two in the last month with the same symptoms. I have tried Scours tablets on the other two (Terramycin) do not want to lose this one.

Diarrhea in young kids is more often coccidia. Regular dewormers do not treat this neither does terramycin. You need to treat with an oral sulfa drug. Most feed stores carry Sulmet, Dimethox or Albon 12.5 % drinking water solution (labeled for use in cattle and poultry). Give this straight from the bottle do not mix with their water and give 1 cc per 5 pounds for 5 days. Be sure to give enough. You must give for 5 days or start over. I treat ALL of the kids.

Terramycin is only effective against e. coli and salmonella, goats get these sometimes but not often.
