Is she eating well? Active and playful? The color is right for a kid being fed formula. If the poop is hard she may not be getting enough to stay hydrated and this is causing some damage to the lower intestine causing some bleeding. If the poops are very loose even watery or has mucus in it she may have e. coli or salmonella and needs to be treated for that, Scour Halt works well, most feed stores carry this, give as you would for piglets. Be sure you are mixing the formula correctly, not too strong. Be sure the formula you are using is for kids (baby goats) only and has NO SOY OR PLANT PROTEIN. It should say all milk protein. Most of the milk replacers you buy at feed stores is of poor quality and can cause problems anywhere from bloat to intestinal bleeding. A much better formula for goats is found on the Goatworld Articles page under the heading Kids and Kidding, even whole cow's milk is often the better choice. Feed often, at least 4 times a day, better to feed 5 to 6 times. This is a more natural schedule and aids proper digestion. She may be developing pneumonia. Take her temperature, normal is 101.5 to 103.5. If it is above 104 she has a fever and needs antibiotics. You can give penicillin by SQ injection at 1 cc per 20 pounds (give a double dose to start probably about 1 cc then about 1/2 cc for the rest of the doses) twice a day for at least 5 days.
