You could be dealing with a whole herd situation with many of the goats getting a slight case of polio. Many goats can recover on their own if the case is just slight. It has been a very bad year for polio especially in the southeast.

If this is a fairly recent development it could be a slight case of polio. Try giving thiamin (Fortified B Complex) at 1 cc per 20 pounds by SQ injection twice a day and se if that helps. A stumbling goat who holds their head off to one side is showing signs of nerve problems, this is most often polio.

I have a goat that has something wrong with its leg it or something that it affecting its leg. like sometimes when it walks it will just fall straight to the ground and other times it will walk fine. like today I was walking up to feed them and they was coming off the hill and the goats leg just give up this goat fell all the way to the bottom but got up and went to eat her food she does this all the time like a sprained foot or something and I noticed her head will like go off to the right like something pulling her but she walks to the left.
