still sick baby wrote before and i thought he was getting better. someone said enteoxemia, floppy kid syndrome,he is a couple months old, lost 2 already giving bottle sub. have gave pen.,cd antitoxin, fortified b complex, and started giving electrolytes yesterday, it looked like he was feeling better but he got up, and fell down and got cold during the night and is crying,i don't know what else to do. he is having trouble staying on balance and he looked like he was drunk befor he got down.help

Just wanted to give a update. The little wether is doing good and healing nicely. Rinsing out the site with peroxide and packing with triple antibiotic seems to help allot. I appreciate all the help I find here on this site.

Yes the liquid bandaid is great you don't have to stitch with it.

Thanks for the info on my little fellow. A friend mention last night for me to try the liquid bandage. Might be a thought to use this on the skin to hold together. I will get the pen started on him. Again thanks so much..

Hi,
I would go ahead and start him on Penicillin x 2 sq a day for 5 days. would go ahead and stitch it up then cover with triple antibiotic cream as well.

I have a one month old kid I just found this evening with his R shoulder torn open. Not much bleeding but a very large gash. I did place some triple antibiotic and wraped with a bandage. I am wondering if I need to start with pencillinor maybe sew up this gash. Or should I just let nature take it's course? Help will be appreciated Deb
