Anyone know of a New England goat show with Buck classes?

Posted by Nat on March 20, 2001 at 18:51:51:

Calling all New Englanders...

I've got a new question of the day.. lol.. :-)

I know that there are dairy goat shows all over the place, but I'm having the hardest time trying to find a nearby show (somewhere in New England) that has a buck division. If anyone knows of one, could you possible let me know? I have a very promising yearling buck that I'd love to show to see how'd he do, but I can't find any buck classes in my immediate area. If its an ADGA show, even better! I figure this would be a good place to ask, since you guys are located on all ends of the country! I'm located in Connecticut, but am willing to travel a few states. (I've got a nice new 15 passenger econoline van as a "goatmobile" so I'm ready to wait in line at the shows in style, and with AC for all critters!!")

Thanks in advance! Happy Spring to all!!!
(and everyone think DOES!!!)
