Something I thought I should let you know about is the GoatWorld Udderly Great Message Board. There is a recipe for fudge posted there from February 2001. I will include the direct url to it here and in the footer of this message:

It's probably my lack of structuring the site correctly, but I had originally set up the Udderly Great Board for goat milk recipes and another message board called Caprine Cuisine for goat meat recipes. To date not many people have used them (probably because they do not know they are there). But this would be a great time to reannounce them in the hopes that some of you will begin using them.
What I will do is add links to them at the top of this forum so they will be easily accessible. Please understand that I am not chewing anyone out for posting recipes here in this forum for the time being, but I had wanted to set up forums for each one of these topics and use them accordingly so people would have their own little niches to choose between.
