What I do is tie it up with the string from a hay bale, adding something heavier to it like my husbands huge nuts :) as in nuts and bolts, that was funny after I typed it! This will give it some more drag to get it out. I also milk the doe more, really massaging the udder to release the bodies natural oxytocin. You can also stand behind the doe and give her several bear hugs, pulling up hard in front of the foreudder. Like they do women in the hospital after babies, massaging the uterus. I would put in a call to the vet telling them you will be coming in for a shot of Oxytocin for your doe if she doesn't pass it by morning. Then I would use the oxytocin every 6 hours, and also put her on penicillin for 5 days. Vicki
