What I did to teach my wethers to lead, is basically (while supervised) attach a double ended short lead to each of their collars, and I let them tug each other around for a few minutes each day. They taught each other to lead. You have to be sure to watch them so they don't get tangled up, stuck, ect.

Otherwise, get them use to a collar, and maybe dragging a light lead around (supervised again) and begin a calm, and light - tugg n pull session. They will learn to respond to pressure. Kids can be a pain, and very ornery.

Patience, and practice helps. If you can lead them around EVERY day, they will pick it up in no time. Just be sure to keep practices short because of the age, and why not get them use to a milk stand soon too, and feet trimming...ect. Better to learn now, then at 250 lbs :-)
