Thanks to everyone with their help with the yard question.....now onto the barn question. I am building a barn in the new yard. Yesterday I went out and bought a little buckling (oh he is so cute-just a week old), he will be coming to live with us in a couple of months. I took everyones advise, and will now have my own buck, so I won't have to send my girls off to strange places to stay with a strange buck.Anyway, back to the question... I will be deviding the new yard, so that he will be seperate from the girls. Will it be OK to devide the barn, so that he can live at one end, and the girls at the other?? I was going to use plywood-half way up. Will he go nuts, trying to get at them when they are in heat? We're talking pygmies, so not too strong-not too big. Also, will he be lonely? Should I put a wether in with him? As you can tell, I've only had females in the past-this boy thing is new to me. I'd appreciate any comments or advise. Being I'm still in the planning stage, I would like to do this right the first time. Thanks-Mary
