its possible its from the injection, you might want to look at the injection site more closely. I guess you could try applying DSMo used for horses on the leg, that might help. I would try comfrey paste or vicks, that helps with swelling and pain. But guess you need to figure out first if its from the injection, how did you inject and where? hope this helps.
