Consider the flip side of the coin. Sometimes the honest seller gets screwed. The antibodies of C.A.E. show up in the blood after 14 days. Someone takes home their new goat, keeps it for 14 days before having the blood drawn. The goat is positive for C.A.E. after being with the new owners already infected herd. Now the seller has to refund the purchase price and take back the goat???
