The Bottle - how much - how long?

Hi all.... just curious as to what others do when bottle feeding. I have 3 on the bottle now. (nigerian dwarfs)... the oldest one is near 8 weeks and the other two are getting close to 4 weeks old... I still feed 3 times a day with a smaller feeding at noon...

How long do you bottle feed? Do you decrease with time? Do you go to cold milk eventually??
