Foot Rot,when you trim the hoof has an extremely bad odor, the sole ans sidewall often appear ragged and rotten. Usually lame, but not walking on her knees.
Need more information on the doe. Has she kidded and if so when? Has she had any signs of a retained placenta, metritis (uterine infection), Pneumonia, mastitis, or enteroxemia?
Any sudden changes in feed or excessive feeding of grain?
Are the feet warm to the touch? Are her knees swollen?
I am thinking of Laminitis. However it also could be arthritis.
