Gary I totally agree. I said it from the begining. The information and the suggestions made by all on this board is literally priceless! You can only learn so much by doing studies and reading, you can however learn the most from real life experiences.

We all may not agree with eachothers advise or ways of doing things, but that is how we learn. Listen to what everyone has to say then make the decision that is best for you. I personally owe a lot to the wonderful people on this message board!

We have shared all of our stories and we know that each and every one of us is there for the other in both good times and bad times. You have done a wonderful thing here and we are all greatful for the time and effort you put into it.
