I assume this new guy is a wether? Could he be acting buckish? Lots of wethers even though castrated will still try to mate. If he is making unwanted advances toward your doe she may just be acting normally toward this by chasing him away. She may also just be trying to establish the "proper" pecking order. Chances are this will all settle out in a month or so...IMHO
