Breeding Question

Okay, here's the newbie with another silly question! I have a Saanen doe who has never been bred. Last weekend, when I brought another doe home after a visit to a buck, this doe started exhibiting signs of heat. She was a few days early for her cycle, but I attributed that to the buck scent on the bred doe. However, she abruptly stopped showing symptoms the next day. Two days later, bad weather hit. We got sleet and ice and temps were into the low thirties. That subsided after two or three days, and another warm front blew in. Temps went into the low sixties and there was sunshine and clear skies. Lo and behold, the doe is back in heat, this time with a vengeance. She is bleating and flagging and drippy. I called the owner of the buck and said, "I'm coming tomorrow." However, overnight, she was back to normal. I decided to go anyway. Right after we put her in with the buck, she started flagging her tail again, and we saw them breed successfully at least once. So, my question is: Did I miss her cycle or are my chances good that she is pregnant? I had to drive four hours round trip to do this little meeting, so I'm hoping it took!
