Hi sounds like a retained placenta or maybe the second baby whatever she pulled out was infected. It doesn't take long for the placenta to get nasty inside. If I know it's gonna be problem then I insert an aniboitic bolus directly into the uterus and pump the antibotics to her. We used 7cc once daily on a La Moncha doe for 5 days but this was a 150# goat. Since there is differant types I would again suggest that a vet get called this goat is in danger of being lost.
