Hi Helene;Put down some heavy wire .Out side the pen ,cover it with dirt and when any thing digs they will hit the wire and it will cut thier feet if thier really determined. I use plain ole chicken wire. But you have to nail or wire it to the fence or wall, so they cant pull it away. I have a lone coyote, I see once in a while , but when I get nervious is when I hear a whole pack.All my male goats are horned [ And they will fight]All my goat sheds are real low and long so the goats cant be cornered. God help those those coyote' if they ever touch my kids.Well got that off my chest....... goat mom
