I know we have gone over this several times, but whoops I forgot what was said..

We have a 10 mo old doe who will continuously stick her head through the few places in the fence that she knows she can't get out of. She does it deliberatly but I don't always hear her. This morning I went out and she was on the far side of the field and I barely heard her screaming, I am afraid one day she is going to get in there good when we are not home, and hang herself!! Luckly she does it low..

Is there any way to get rid of the horns. I have heard of banding them, but is that really safe and can it be done this late? My husband says he wants to saw them off..LOL Or are we just stuck w/the horns and need to cover up them holes in the woven wire fence?
