I guess you got some messages now, sure dont know what was wrong.Have some crazy weather here,winter one minute and summer the next- I lost 4 goats this last 2 weeks. 2 moms and 2 babies all to my own stupidity, thank God, not all one family, did manage to save one from blote,or it would have been 5, A 1 month old and 3 day old that was fine the night before.One of the problems here is the ground is frozen 4 feet down untill spring so to keep the coyotes away you have build indian funeral pyres and burn the bodies. I make it very cerimonial, three days and at sun down. this also gives the other goats a chance to see the natural passing of thier herd- and believe me they do understand-been walking with the herd a lot to try and get winter gone,they knock down the snow and get thier brouse and exercise. And I get to repair my heart.thanks for careing, goat mom
