I don't thnk my doe has passed her afterbirth

My doe kidded yesterday morning around 11:00 am and I don't think she has passed her afterbirth yet. I took her temp this morning it was 102.5. She is eating some grain not alot yet and drinking and eating hay. she has thick stuff hanging from her it is a little bit clear with a little yellow and white in it, it hangs about 4 to 6 inches out of her. The other goats didn't have any thing like this that looks like this hanging from them this long after they kidded. Maybe I am just worrying for nothing, do you think she reaaly hasn't passed the afterbirth? I have looked all around and can't find it, she could have eaten it but the other does haven't done this so I don't think she did.
