Sorry to hear about your doe being down. It does seem like it may be milk fever - if it has been 2 months since she kidded, it is some time for her to suddenly come down with it though. Not sure. Have you gotten her temperature? Do you notice any foul smell like a possible uterine infection? Probably would not hurt to email the Goat 911 list as several people will work to find an answer. Real important to know that temperature though because it could also be the onset of pneumonia. I've seen a number of goats that appear to be paralyzed - unable to easily stand and it is often mistaken for a muscular condition. Please keep us posted.
