We delt with this once with a doe that had some very insistant kids. We used bag balm as often as possible on the whole bag but loaded it up on the teat. We also pulled the kids for awhile each day so they were not fighting over her all the time. While they were pulled we suplemented with a bottle so they wouldn't beat her up to bad when they went back. Also I think the pharmacy would carry some we have used a lanolin/vit. E creme for women that have a hard time with chaping. It was better than the bag balm and doesn't have to be cleaned off before nursing. I can't remember what it was called but I think all it was , was the lanolin/vit E maybe bee wax as well to sort of hold it togather. It's very soothing! Your doe would like it.
