More than likely she was injured and her back broken. Does she have any movement or feeling in the back legs? Pinch her legs to check. FLoppy kid affects the whole body and the kids are comatose. It could be the neurologic form of CAE but that doesn't usually strike until they are 2 to 6 months old according to my reference. You may need to consult a vet for an xray to know for sure. Poor little thing!
