"REPORTING ABUSE, SPAM, QUESTIONABLE CONTENT AND CONDUCT OR UNWANTED EMAIL"
GoatWorld™, Goat 411™ and Goat 911™ use a variety of features that allow visitors and members to receive email from our system. If you received unwanted mail through our system it is because you opted in to the system directly by becoming a registered user or member. However, it is possible that someone forged your address or entered it accidentally.
Our policy is such that your email address and personal information is private, and will never be given out voluntarily or used without your permission. In order to keep our system secure and safe for visitors and members, please use the following guidelines in reporting any incidents involving your email address:

1) Reporting SPAM, ABUSE, OR QUESTIONABLE CONTENT
If you are a Registered Member (paid or unpaid) and have received an email directly or through private conversation from "what appears to be" another GoatWorld member, please forward the email intact to: gary@goatworld.com
In order for me to take any action whatsoever, you MUST Forward a copy of the email you received and send to the email address specified: gary@goatworld.com. Also, be sure to include in the Subject Line of your email: Reporting SPAM, ABUSE or QUESTIONABLE CONTENT. All other email requests will be ignored.
2) Reporting UNWANTED EMAIL
Sometimes GoatWorld visitors register for an account and then start receiving emails for various messages posted in the message forum. If you start receiving emails like this suddenly, simply go to the EDIT PROFILE section when you login and change the settings for receiving email. Because there are two levels of membership: paid member and unpaid member, only requests from paid members will be acknowledged and action taken. This policy is clearly spelled out in the Message Forum rules and policies section.
If you want to report UNWANTED EMAIL that comes as a result of being a "paid" GoatWorld member, simply send an email to: gary@goatworld.com and include in the Subject Line of your email: Reporting UNWANTED EMAIL. You should also Forward a copy of this email to me as well. Reports that do not meet the above mentioned guidelines will be ignored.
3) Reporting QUESTIONABLE CONDUCT or OTHER MATTERS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF GOATWORLD
If you feel there is an issue or situation taking place within the Message Forum, or find content that is not in the best interests of GoatWorld or its members, please feel free to report it to me. I will investigate any situation that is questionable, and remove any content that is inappropriate.
In order to take action on this type of report, please send an amil to gary@goatworld, include in the Subject Line of your email: Reporting QUESTIONABLE CONDUCT, and, include in your email a brief description of the issue you have. If necessary, please include the Username or Email Address of the individual in question. All information will be strictly confidential and your name will not be revealed.
